- Please note the following guidelines before making your reservation and payment:
- Payment Method: This offer is valid only when paying with a physical HSBC credit card. Third-party payment platforms (such as JKO Pay, LINE Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay) are not eligible for this promotion.
- Dining Service Charge: The 10% discount at rén Bistronomy applies to the original price of the menu items. A standard 10% service charge calculated from the original price will be added. Other dining policies are subject to on-site announcements.
- Blackout Dates: The accommodation offer does not apply during major exhibition periods and the year-end period from December 21 to December 31. Specific national holidays (such as New Year’s Day on Jan 1, Lunar New Year from Feb 17 to Feb 21, Peace Memorial Day from Feb 27 to Feb 28, Tomb-Sweeping Day from Apr 3 to Apr 5, Labor Day from May 1 to May 2, and Dragon Boat Festival from Jun 19 to Jun 20) are subject to weekend pricing or special hotel regulations.
- Offer Restrictions: This promotion cannot be combined with other hotel offers or discounts. Home Hotel reserves the right to interpret, modify, amend, or terminate the promotion.
Cancellation Policy
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the full room rate.
- Free cancellation if made more than 3 days before the check-in date.
- 50% of the total room rate will be charged for cancellations or modifications made 1–2 days before check-in.
- 100% of the total room rate will be charged for same-day cancellations, changes, or no-shows.

Card Identification and Payment Guidelines
- Physical Card Identification:
The credit card must display the text “滙豐銀行” (HSBC Bank), “HSBC 滙豐”, or “滙豐(台灣)” (HSBC Taiwan) on the front or back of the card. - Eligible Card Types:
Applicable cards include the HSBC Premier Card , TravelOne Card , Cash Back Card , Rewards Card , and Hui-Zuan Card. - Payment Restrictions:
Payments must be made directly with a physical contactless HSBC credit card. Third-party payment platforms, including JKO Pay, LINE Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, are not accepted for this promotion.
